By visiting our Site, creating an account, placing an order, purchasing a product, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms and to the policies incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Please read these Terms carefully before using the Site or placing an order.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer right, statutory guarantee, warranty, remedy, or other legal protection that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Our online store is hosted and powered by Shopify. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer and sell our products to you. Purchases made from our store are transactions between you and Stephiecathy LLC, except where a payment or other service is expressly provided to you by another party under its own terms.
2. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Site or place an order.
If you are using the Site on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
These Terms apply together with our other applicable policies, including our:
- Privacy Policy
- Return and Refund Policy
- Shipping Policy
- Contact Information
- Any other policies or notices displayed on the Site
Where there is a conflict between these Terms and a mandatory law applicable to a consumer transaction, the mandatory law will prevail.
3. Eligibility
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to make a purchase through the Site.
If you have not reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Site only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian where permitted by law.
You may not use our Site or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
4. Our Products
STEPHIECATHY sells handbags, shoulder bags, crossbody bags, hobo bags, top-handle bags, totes, wallets, card and coin bags, and related fashion accessories.
We make reasonable efforts to display and describe our products accurately, including their colors, materials, dimensions, features, and appearance.
However, the appearance of a product on your screen may vary slightly depending on your monitor, device, screen settings, lighting, photography, or other technical factors.
Products made from natural or naturally variable materials, including leather, may also show reasonable differences in grain, texture, markings, tone, or color. Such natural variations do not necessarily constitute defects.
Nothing in this section permits us to supply goods that are materially different from their description or limits any statutory rights relating to defective, damaged, incorrect, unsafe, or non-conforming products.
5. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
Displaying a product on the Site does not guarantee that the product will remain available until your order has been accepted and processed.
We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or change the products offered through the Site at any time.
If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and provide an appropriate option, which may include cancellation and a refund.
We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.
6. Prices
Unless otherwise indicated, prices displayed on our Site are shown in the currency selected for the applicable market or displayed during checkout.
Prices may change from time to time without prior notice.
Price changes will not ordinarily affect an order that has already been accepted, except where there is an obvious pricing error and applicable law permits us to correct it.
The final price payable for your order, including applicable shipping charges, taxes, duties, discounts, and other charges collected by us, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
If taxes, customs duties, import fees, brokerage charges, or similar amounts are not collected during checkout, they may be assessed separately by the relevant authority, carrier, or service provider where applicable.
7. Pricing and Listing Errors
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product information and pricing are accurate.
Occasionally, the Site may contain typographical errors, incorrect prices, inaccurate descriptions, availability errors, promotional errors, or other mistakes.
If we discover a material error affecting an order, we may contact you before fulfillment to explain the error and provide appropriate options.
Where legally permitted, those options may include:
- Proceeding with the corrected information with your agreement; or
- Cancelling the affected item or order and providing a refund of amounts paid for the cancelled item or order.
We will not charge you an increased price without your agreement after an order has been placed.
8. Orders
By submitting an order, you are offering to purchase the selected products subject to these Terms.
After you submit an order, you should receive an electronic acknowledgment or confirmation.
We reserve the right, where permitted by law, to refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons including:
- Product unavailability
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment
- Incorrect or incomplete customer information
- An obvious pricing or listing error
- Shipping restrictions
- Legal or regulatory restrictions
- An inability to deliver to the address provided
- Suspected abuse of promotions or our services
- Unusually large quantities suggesting unauthorized commercial resale
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method unless another method is required or agreed.
9. Order Information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information when placing an order.
This includes your:
- Name
- Billing information
- Shipping address
- Email address
- Telephone number
- Payment information
You are responsible for checking your order information before submitting your purchase.
If you discover an error after submitting your order, contact us as soon as possible at support@stephiebags.com.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but we cannot guarantee that an address, product, or other order detail can be changed after fulfillment has begun.
10. Payment
Payment must be made using a payment method made available through our checkout.
Available payment methods may vary depending on your country, device, currency, Shopify services, and payment providers.
By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
You authorize us and our payment service providers to process the amount displayed during checkout, including applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other authorized charges.
Payment processing may be performed by Shopify, financial institutions, payment networks, and third-party payment processors.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel a transaction where payment authorization fails or where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention or security.
11. Fraud Prevention
We may use Shopify and other payment, security, or fraud-prevention services to review transactions.
An order may be delayed, reviewed, rejected, or cancelled where we reasonably suspect:
- Unauthorized use of a payment method
- Identity theft
- Payment fraud
- Chargeback abuse
- False order information
- Other fraudulent or unlawful activity
We may request reasonable additional information necessary to verify an order.
Any fraud-prevention process will be conducted subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
12. Promotions, Discounts and Coupon Codes
From time to time, we may offer discounts, promotional prices, coupon codes, or other offers.
Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion:
- Promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Promotional codes may be limited to one use per customer or order.
- Certain products may be excluded.
- Promotions may have expiration dates.
- Promotions may not be combined with other offers.
- Promotional discounts generally cannot be applied retroactively to previously completed purchases.
We may cancel or refuse the use of promotional codes that have been obtained, distributed, reproduced, or used fraudulently or contrary to the stated promotion terms.
Any restrictions or material conditions applicable to a promotion will be disclosed in connection with that promotion.
13. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to the United States and to international destinations made available through our Site.
Available carriers and shipping methods may vary depending on the destination and may include services provided by:
- DHL
- FedEx
- USPS
- Other logistics providers
Shipping charges and available delivery options are displayed during checkout.
Delivery estimates are estimates unless expressly identified as guaranteed.
Delivery may be affected by circumstances such as customs processing, carrier delays, weather, transportation disruptions, incorrect delivery information, public holidays, or other events outside our reasonable control.
Our shipping practices are further described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
For U.S. internet orders, applicable FTC rules require sellers to have a reasonable basis for advertised shipment times and to provide required delay/cancellation options and refunds when shipment cannot occur as promised.
14. International Orders
International customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information required for customs clearance and delivery.
Depending on the destination and shipping arrangement, customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other government charges may:
- Be collected during checkout;
- Be included in a particular shipping service; or
- Be collected separately by a carrier, customs authority, or government agency.
The treatment applicable to your order will depend on what is disclosed at checkout and applicable law.
We are not responsible for changes to taxes or duties imposed independently by government authorities after an order is placed, except to the extent applicable law provides otherwise.
Customers must not request that we provide false customs declarations or intentionally undervalue merchandise.
15. Risk of Loss and Delivery
Risk relating to goods during shipment will pass in accordance with applicable law.
Where mandatory consumer law provides that we remain responsible for goods until they are delivered to you or a person designated by you, those rules will apply.
If you believe your shipment is lost, damaged during transit, or delivered incorrectly, contact:
We will review the circumstances and provide any remedy required by our policies and applicable law.
16. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged products, incorrect products, and order cancellations are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Our voluntary return policy does not replace or restrict any statutory right that applies to your purchase.
Where applicable law gives you stronger rights than our voluntary policy, those statutory rights will apply.
17. EU and EEA Consumers
If you are a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area and applicable EU consumer law applies to your purchase, nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict rights that cannot legally be waived.
Those rights may include statutory protections relating to:
- Pre-contract information
- Online purchases
- Withdrawal from eligible distance contracts
- Delivery
- Refunds
- Defective or non-conforming goods
- Legal guarantees
- Fair contract terms
Our Return and Refund Policy contains additional information concerning statutory withdrawal rights.
Any choice-of-law, jurisdiction, warranty, liability, or other provision in these Terms applies to EU/EEA consumers only to the extent permitted by mandatory applicable consumer law.
EU rules require online consumer terms and pre-contract information to be clear and understandable and prohibit unfair standard contract terms.
18. United Kingdom Consumers
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom and applicable UK consumer law applies, nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Applicable statutory protections may include rights concerning:
- Product conformity
- Online contract information
- Cancellation of eligible distance contracts
- Delivery
- Refunds
- Fair contract terms
Our Return and Refund Policy provides additional information regarding cancellation and returns.
Any limitation or exclusion contained in these Terms applies to UK consumers only to the extent permitted by law.
Current UK guidance requires online sellers to provide key information concerning the goods, pricing, delivery and contractual terms, and consumer contract wording must remain fair and transparent.
19. Consumer Rights in Other Jurisdictions
Consumers in other countries, states, provinces, territories, or regions may have additional rights under local law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive, exclude, restrict, or modify any:
- Statutory consumer guarantee
- Mandatory warranty
- Right to return defective goods
- Right to a refund
- Cancellation right
- Product safety protection
- Other consumer right
that cannot legally be waived or limited.
If these Terms conflict with mandatory law applicable to your purchase, the mandatory legal requirement will control to the extent of the conflict.
20. Intellectual Property
The Site and its content, including, where applicable:
- Brand names
- Logos
- Graphics
- Site design
- Text
- Product descriptions
- Photographs
- Videos
- Page layouts
- Software
- Other content
are owned by, licensed to, or lawfully used by Stephiecathy LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
STEPHIECATHY and associated branding may not be used in a way that falsely suggests affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship, or authorization.
Except as expressly permitted by law, you may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, republish, sell, license, exploit, or commercially use Site content without authorization from the applicable rights holder.
You may use the Site for ordinary personal shopping and other lawful personal purposes.
21. User Reviews, Feedback and Other Content
If the Site allows you to submit reviews, comments, photographs, feedback, suggestions, or other content ("User Content"), you remain responsible for the content you submit.
You must not submit User Content that:
- Is knowingly false or misleading
- Infringes another person's intellectual property rights
- Violates privacy or publicity rights
- Is defamatory or unlawfully threatening
- Contains malware or harmful code
- Is fraudulent or deceptive
- Violates applicable law
By voluntarily submitting User Content to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and adapt that content for reasonable purposes connected with operating, improving, or promoting our business, subject to applicable law and any privacy rights involved.
This license does not transfer ownership of your original content to us.
We may moderate or remove User Content where reasonably necessary for legal, security, authenticity, or policy reasons.
We will not knowingly manipulate consumer reviews in a manner prohibited by applicable law.
22. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Site:
- For unlawful or fraudulent purposes
- To violate applicable laws or regulations
- To infringe intellectual property rights
- To impersonate another person
- To submit false or misleading information

- To conduct automated scraping that materially interferes with the Site or violates applicable law
- To circumvent security or access controls
- To conduct payment fraud or return fraud
- To abuse promotions or discounts
- To interfere with another user's lawful use of the Site
We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect our Site, customers, systems, legal rights, or business.
23. Customer Accounts
If customer accounts are available, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials.
You should notify us promptly if you reasonably believe that your account has been accessed without authorization.
We may suspend or close an account where reasonably necessary because of:
- Fraud
- Security threats
- Material violation of these Terms
- Unlawful activity
- Abuse of our services
Where required by law, we will provide appropriate notice or remedies.
24. Privacy
Our collection, use, disclosure, and handling of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
By using the Site, you acknowledge that personal information may be processed as described in that policy.
Our Site is powered by Shopify, and Shopify and other service providers may process information in connection with your use of the Site, checkout, payment, fraud prevention, analytics, shipping, and other store functionality.
Please review our Privacy Policy for further information.
25. Third-Party Services
We rely on third parties to provide certain services, including:
- Shopify
- Payment processors
- Financial institutions
- Shipping carriers
- Analytics providers
- Technology providers
- Marketing services
- Fraud-prevention providers
Certain third-party services may be subject to the third party's own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for acts of independent third parties outside our control, except where applicable law makes us responsible.
Nothing in this section limits our obligations as the seller of products purchased directly from us.
26. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties.
A link does not necessarily mean that we endorse or control the third-party website.
We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, security, accuracy, or availability of independent third-party websites.
If you leave our Site, you should review the applicable third party's terms and privacy policies.
27. Site Availability
We aim to keep the Site available and functioning, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
The Site may occasionally be unavailable because of:
- Maintenance
- Software updates
- Technical failures
- Internet outages
- Security incidents
- Third-party service interruptions
- Events beyond our reasonable control
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue Site features where reasonably necessary.
This section does not affect any contractual obligations relating to orders we have already accepted.
28. Accuracy of Site Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep information on the Site current and accurate.
However, information unrelated to an accepted purchase may occasionally become outdated or contain errors.
We may correct Site information or update content when appropriate.
We will not retroactively change the material terms of an accepted consumer purchase in a way that unlawfully disadvantages you.
29. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee that the Site itself will always be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or compatible with every device or browser.
The Site may be provided on an "as available" basis with respect to technical access and functionality.
This section does not disclaim or limit any statutory warranty, consumer guarantee, product conformity obligation, or other right relating to goods purchased from us that cannot legally be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that applicable law prohibits us from excluding.
30. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Stephiecathy LLC and its officers, employees, representatives, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising solely from use of the Site where such losses were not reasonably foreseeable.
Any limitation in these Terms applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that may not legally be excluded for:
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Intentional misconduct
- Death or personal injury where exclusion is prohibited
- Mandatory product liability
- Statutory consumer guarantees
- Other non-excludable rights or remedies
For consumers, this section must always be interpreted consistently with mandatory consumer protection law.
31. Your Responsibility for Misuse
You are responsible for losses reasonably caused by your intentional unlawful misuse of the Site or fraudulent conduct.
Nothing in these Terms requires a consumer to compensate us for losses that were not caused by that consumer or imposes liability where doing so would be unlawful or unfair under applicable law.
32. Events Beyond Reasonable Control
We will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances genuinely outside our reasonable control to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Such circumstances may include:
- Natural disasters
- Severe weather
- Fire
- Flood
- War
- Civil unrest
- Government restrictions
- Carrier disruptions
- Customs interruptions
- Major infrastructure failures
- Widespread internet or telecommunications failures
We will take reasonable steps to minimize the effect of such events.
This section does not remove any cancellation, refund, delivery, or other right available to you under mandatory applicable law.
33. Termination
You may stop using the Site at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access where reasonably necessary because of a serious or repeated violation of these Terms, fraud, unlawful activity, or a material security risk.
Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including provisions concerning intellectual property, payments already due, liability, and dispute resolution.
34. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary where legally possible.
The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
For consumer contracts, this section does not permit us to replace an invalid or unfair term with another term that unlawfully disadvantages the consumer.
35. No Waiver
If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not automatically mean that we permanently waive our right to enforce it later.
Similarly, no delay in exercising a legal right constitutes a waiver unless applicable law provides otherwise.
36. Assignment
You may not transfer rights or obligations under these Terms where the transfer would materially affect our rights or obligations without our consent, except where applicable law permits otherwise.
We may transfer our rights or obligations as part of a legitimate business reorganization, merger, acquisition, sale, or similar transaction, provided that doing so does not unlawfully reduce consumer rights.
37. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the policies and information incorporated into them, constitute the agreement governing your use of our Site and purchases from us.
Relevant incorporated policies include our:
- Return and Refund Policy
- Privacy Policy
- Shipping Policy
- Other policies expressly applicable to your transaction
Product descriptions, prices, delivery information, and other material information presented during checkout may also form part of your individual purchase contract where applicable.
38. Governing Law
To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms and transactions with Stephiecathy LLC are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
However, if you are a consumer and mandatory laws in your country, state, province, or region provide protections that cannot be waived by choosing Colorado law, those mandatory protections continue to apply.
Nothing in this section deprives a consumer of protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
39. Jurisdiction and Disputes
We encourage you to contact us first if you have a concern or dispute so that we can attempt to resolve the matter.
Please contact:
To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes involving these Terms or purchases from Stephiecathy LLC may be brought before courts with lawful jurisdiction in Colorado.
However, consumers may also have the right to bring or defend proceedings in their home jurisdiction where mandatory applicable law provides that right.
Nothing in these Terms requires a consumer to waive access to a court or statutory dispute-resolution mechanism where such waiver would be unlawful.
40. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time because of:
- Changes to our business
- Changes to Site functionality
- Changes to our products or services
- Legal or regulatory requirements
- Security or operational changes
When these Terms are updated, we will publish the revised version and change the Last updated date.
Changes will generally apply prospectively.
Unless required by law, a later version of these Terms will not retroactively alter the material terms governing an order that was already accepted before the change.
Your continued use of the Site after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
